Es muy subjetivo e interminable el concepto de «estar bien». «Hay parámetros que son iguales para todos, como por ejemplo alimentarse conscientemente, realizar actividades y proyectos que nos hagan felices, como el arte o el contacto con la naturaleza», explicó Alicia López Blanco, psicóloga y autora del libro Cada vez mejor.

¿Qué es estar bien? ¿Cómo sería estar mejor? Éstas dos preguntas son clave para tomar conciencia de quién es uno y reflexionar sobre el camino que se quiere emprender en la vida», precisó López Blanco.

«Es muy subjetivo esto de estar bien. Igualmente hay parámetros que son iguales para todos, como por ejemplo alimentarse conscientemente, realizar actividades que nos hagan felices, como el arte o el contacto con la naturaleza», explicó Alicia López Blanco, psicóloga y autora del libro Cada vez mejor. detalló López Blanco.

«El sentido de la vida es la sumatoria de momentos donde uno se conecta con su propio ser»

Pero para poder estar mejor y llegar a la plenitud uno tiene que ir un poco más allá y someterse a una autoexploración. Para eso hay que reflexionar sobre quién es uno mismo, aceptar lo que uno tiene y luego evaluar qué se puede cambiar y qué no. Esos son los tres pilares básicos para lograr un profundo bienestar.

«Hay que conectarse con el propio deseo, con la necesidad y preguntarse ´¿que puedo hacer para estar mejor?´ «afirmó la especialista.

Pero este bienestar no se logra de forma automática y sin esfuerzos. Todo lo contrario, para llegar a disfrutar de una vida plena hay que salir de la zona de confort y tener voluntad para realizar las acciones que haya que hacer para alcanzar las metas propuestas.

«Hay que esforzarse, desarrollar virtudes que están en déficit en la sociedad como la perseverancia, la voluntad y el valor del trabajo. Hay un desinterés por el compromiso, el esfuerzo, por la lectura o por adquirir cultura», señaló la licenciada.
